Post Cape Leveque

We awoke early once again to another amazing sunrise. We had our last breakfast overlooking Cape Leveque, packed up the cabin, said goodbye to Eric the lizard and the frogs that frequent the toilet. I think I forgot to mention those previously, but generally each night before bed when we went for our last loo stop there would be either a frog in the toilet, or sitting on the lid. One night I was blessed with one on the lid and one on the flush! Won't be missing those, cute as they were!!

We set off quite early making it safely back along the road to Broome! Troy attempted to clean the car before we returned it but it is rather hard to clean cars up here as it is so hot, the minute you have wet the car it is already dry again before you have had a chance to sponge off the dirt! We picked up Yeti with her fresh and very expensive oil (almost would have been cheaper to fly Rich up here to service her for us!) and dropped off the 4WD. Not sure what the lady at Avis did, but somehow we came out paying less than we should have so will be giving Avis a bit of a plug as we go!! We then restocked our supplies and then hit the pool for the rest of the afternoon!

Tonight we went out to Divers Tavern, as Troy had heard that they did great ribs, and they didn't disappoint!!
